Humanized User Experience (UX)

Through design we create innovative concepts and specifications that optimize the function/usability, value, user experiences, appearance/interface, communications and interactions of products and the service systems for the mutual benefit of both users and service provider. Good user experience has become the key factor, which distinguishes a successful product from an unsuccessful product. Peopeo professional team build our innovation design solutions on a user centered process, through the iteration process: research, design, prototype and testing, we find out user demands through the research on the markets, competitors, use cases, personas, scenarios, etc. Then we design the concept from the information architecture, which based on the task flows, user habits; interactions, interfaces. At first interaction we normally create low-fidelity prototype, later on high fidelity prototype. If needed, we can also build paper prototype, behavior prototype, etc. The prototypes will be used for testing: usability testing, expert walkthrough, eye-tracking testing, user diary, virtual reality testing, etc. depends on the requirements and budget of each project.

User Study

We focused on typical users groups in target market, apply different methodologies of research, and apply the findings in the final design. Our user centered research and design are about users’ sensibilities – recognize, learn, and use- towards a program or service system, which help us to design the interactions and communications between users and machine and/or the product, environment.

Information Architecture

Peopeo user centered information architects, based on the understanding about the users, design use cases and information flow, analysis of users’ cognitive psychology, behavior, emotional reactions, design the site maps, task flow diagrams, build up the interactions and the architecture of the website, program or other digital services.

Visual Design

We provide visual design for the interface of digital products, such as mobile, vehicle-bone system, E-book, GPS, multi-media player, MID, desktop software, product interfaces, social network service platform, blogs, and so on. We also provide concept design for clients’ targeted future or medium and long term conceptual products.

High/Low Fidelity Prototype

Peopeo interaction designers normally use different prototypes to verify and test design concepts. The prototype can be physical or digital; low-fidelity or high-fidelity; appearance or functional ones. Different tools, materials and methods, technique, have been applied to different products to achieve the best effects and results for testing.

Usability Testing

Usability testing focuses on measuring the human-made product’s capacity to meet its intended purpose, and to verify the effectiveness and accessibility of a particular set of features. We conduct usability tests with recruited real users in a lab or real environment. Testing subjects range from consumer products, web sites or web applications, computer interfaces, documents, and devices.
